1. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and will retain publishing rights without restrictions. Publishing License Agreement is signed by the authors and warrants that he/she owns the exclusive rights to the work.
2. Authors grant the journal right of the first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution International License (СС BY 4.0) that allows third parties to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and to remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided the original work is properly cited.
3. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
