Annotation Children’s fitness classes cause increased children’s interest. This is due, first of all, to emotionality of the classes, accessibility for different age groups, a wide variety of facilities and areas of fitness, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate the physical abilities of children in demonstrations, competitions, self-fulfillment of the child as an individual. The methods of training include a gradual increase in motor loads that are important for strengthening children’s health and development of their coordination abilities. At the initial stage of studies, the used free method promotes more rapid assimilation of basic movements (steps, lunges, etc.), later the children study complexes based on the structural method that require more coordination of movements and are more time-consuming to learn.
Key words aerobics, fitness, classes, musculoskeletal system, physical exercises, medical and pedagogical control.
