Annotation This paper presents the results of international students’ questioning that prove the importance of organization of their tracking in educational process. Pedagogical tracking includes three main stages: initial one (it corresponds to the period of urgent adaptation and lasts the first month of residence in the nonnative country), intermediate one (it corresponds to the adaptation period – the first six months) and the main one (it continues the remaining period of education). Pedagogical tracking unites providing international students with the most demanded assistance: sociocultural one (introducing the country of training, mastering cross-cultural interaction), didactic one (intensification of improving nonnative language, presenting the features of educational system), medical-psychological one (monitoring students’ psychophysiological state, prevention and solution of their health problems). Assistance to students is rendered by different mechanisms: educational groups’ mentoring; volunteer programs; development of special courses to present the country of education; variety of extracurricular activities; intensification of nonnative language mastering, edition of adapted manuals and so on. The paper provides the data of the pedagogical experiment that proves that the organization of international students’ tracking positively results in their psychophysiological state, adaptiveness and progress in studies.
