Annotation In the article the meaning of using phraseological units in the process of creation prerequisites for pre-school children linguistic and cultural competence in bilingual surrounding is considered. The examples of using Buryat and Russian phraseological units for pre-school children are given. The experimental data of phraseological units’ semantics, understanding and learning of the Buryat and Russian languages by bilingual children are viewed.
