We consider the problem for the Laplace equation in the plane, consisting of two
homogeneous zones (half-planes), where one of the zones contains highly permeable crack
or weakly permeable screen, parallel to the boundary. By method of convolution of Fourier
expansions the potentials expressed through harmonic functions with preservation of their
singular points.
