| Annotation |
The authors of the article deal with the structure of innovative programme of training
the human technologist and present the content of each module. The expert evaluation of
employers is given according to the following points: balance, competitiveness, the staff
policy, vacancies for the youth. Besides, the modules which are in-demand under the conditions
of the modern labour-market are shown in the article.
