The article analyzes morphometric characteristics of three Viola L. genus species:
V. dissecta Ledeb., V. gmeliniana Roemer et Schultes and V. variegatа Fisher ex Link,
growing up in the introduction and in natural populations. Such species as V. dissecta,
V. gmeliniana and V. variegatа in introduction conditions showed a considerable diameter
increase of the leaves crown, number of leaves, stalk length, and increase of lamina length
and width. The height of all the three plants of Viola genus appeared to be a stable attribute;
in introduction conditions it didn’t change very much. According to morphometric
parameters, the most promising species for the introduction is V. dissecta. In culture
conditions, morphometric size parameters of V. dissecta species plants are practically
identical both in shade and in the sun. V. gmeliniana species show higher morphometric
parameters in shade condition, compared to the illuminated areas. V.variegata species
plants show high morphometric parameters only in shade conditions.
