The article considers the influence of electromagnetic radiation of technogenic
origin on the functional state of the cardiovascular system and psychophysiological
indices of children aged 15–16 in TV transmitting station areas of Chita. Stability,
distribution and switching of teenagers’ attention were studied by means of Anfimov’s
table. Martin-Kyshelevsky’s test was used for revealing the physiological reserves of the
cardiovascular system. The results of the conducted research on Chita teenagers of both
sexes (n = 108) displayed the differences in the functional activity of the cardiovascular
system and psychophysiological indices among children aged 15–16 living near or far
from the sources of electromagnetic radiation.
