Annotation The description of measurement devices developed by the authors for investigation of physical and chemical parameters of meromictic water bodies in natural conditions, as well as for the chemical and biological sampling from the thin layers of water with depth resolution up to 5 cm is given in this paper. The most interesting results obtained with the use of the developed devices at Lake Doroninskoe (Trans-Baikal territory) during the summer and winter periods are discussed here.
Key words meromictic water body, chemocline, immersion probe.
