| Annotation |
Resource centers of continuous professional pedagogical education, created on the basis
of institutions of higher education are intended for solution of strategic tasks – strengthening the
compliance of their activities with the requirements of labor market. The implementation of the model
of the resource centre as a unit of the institution of higher education, one of its main functions is the
educational, implemented in relation to its students and teachers. Within this function, the resource
centre can carry out the implementation of specific part of the program of professional training of
students on different specializations, as well as the professional training of specialists who have
finished University and wishing to improve their professional competence.
The article describes the possibilities of the resource center in the professional training of
bachelors – special psychologists and retraining of specialists.
