Annotation |
The version of the scheme strain gauge using the RF measurement method is presented. Use of the crystal oscillator circuit and differential measurement when moving ferrite core in inductor do possible to obtain a high stability of the meter.
Due to its simplicity, the large value of the measured strain (up to ±15 mm) and high sensitivity (~ 1 micron) the meter is suitable for measuring different measurement.
