| Annotation |
The 21st century is the society of information and the world of the Internet. Obtaining, transmitting, processing, storing and using of information have become a basic ability and a symbol of the educational level for modern men. The most important source of information is the Internet. The development of science and technology has accelerated the steps for upgrading knowledge, traditional school education is not able to meet the requirements of development of society and individuals. Self-education and continuous education are recognized as the way of life in the 21st century. The popularity of the Internet has given new opportunities to develop the abilities of independent study. Meanwhile, the rapid development of the Internet has added new vitality to the study of the Russian language. It is because of this kind of integration of network elements that the study of the Russian language has entered a new stage of development, with wider extent and richer content. Currently, more and more people are learning Russian and this fact will certainly lead to a more diverse and broader area in the development of Russian network resources, which will provide a broader platform for more people to obtain further understanding of the Russian language and nationalities in Russia. The article explains the meaning of network resources and their use in independent study.
