Annotation When studying the sections of Kulinda locality of Jurassic feathered dinosaurs in Olov Depression, facies different in color, composition, textures and organic remains forming the individual beds of three formation members of the lower subsuite of Ukureyskaya Formation have been revealed. The facies are indicative of changes in sedimentation conditions from normal lacustrine to severe proluvial and occasional one. The dominance of siltstone facies and biofacies with isolated bone remains of skeletons, skin, feather-like structures and scale-like surface of dinosaur tails and limbs with various plant and lymnetic invertebrate remains are typical for the lower sandstone-siltstone formation member. Psammitic facies are represented by sandstones with lenses of granite and gravel-break stone material. With increase of psephitic adulteration (over 50 %) sandstones change to chlidolites. Sandy-chlidolite facies are accumulated in the near shore lake shallow waters when covering the lake with rainwashes with the formation of severe (rare) facies on. The appearance of single beds (up to 5 cm) of ashstones with unusual organic remains indicates one-time addition of aeolian volcanic dust into the lake, and the formation of single (exclusive) facies. Facies composition of the sections of tuffaceous sedimentary and tuffaceous formation members are notable for psephitic facies-sandstones composed of nongraded and unrounded weathering residues of granites, which were drifted into the lake by rainwashes and covered beaches. There are analogous biofacies with some differences in the form of lacking scale-like surface tails, skin and feather-like structures of dinosaurs. The lithological and petrological and paleontological features of formation members allow us to make a comparison with the facies of hydrological landlocked and open lakes; mark the similarities and differences in terrigenous lake and proluvial sedimentation which lower chemical and biogenic deposition.
Key words lithofacies, siltstones, psammites, ash tuffites, rotten stones, biofacies, hydrological land-locked lakes, hydrological open lake
