Annotation |
The article deals with the main theoretical and practical aspects of fine arts and cultural expertise deployment. The authors conceptualize and discuss five basic aspects of the notion “fine arts and cultural expertise”. The principal issues of contemporary expertise development in fine arts and culture are lingering institutionalization of expert community, the lack of consensus in principal concepts determination, inadequacies in common procedural expertise regulations. Authors’ particular attention is drawn to some issues of experts in fine arts and culture training for educational system. The authors analyze principal difficulties of accreditation and license procedure of experts for artistic educational system and scientific assistance of learning program. The research results give a permission to argue that the most optimal experts’ position has to be determined by both high quality of his or her professional skills and non-involvement into educational system activities or artistic practices. The article proposes a dynamic model of experts’ professional training in order to design permanent qualitative and quantitative changes of competences. The paper systematizes authors’ background of expertise in the following avenues: planning, realization and assessment of artistic project in education; efficiency assessment of environment planning for the complementary artistic education; assessment of learning program quality and its separate elements.
