Annotation |
The main documents in the field of education dictate the need for innovative processes at different levels of education. The authors of the article refer to the teachers’ innovative activity in the field of preschool and primary general education, justifying this with changes that occur in connection with the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standards of Preschool Education, second generation Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education, and Federal State Educational Standards of Primary Education for handicapped persons. The article reveals the concept of “professional mobility” from different scientific methodological positions. The aim of the article is the substantiation and analysis of professional mobility, which is an important component of the activity of modern teachers of preschool and primary general education, as well as a condition for successful professional self-development in the light of meaningful innovations implemented in the Trans-Baikal Territory. The article presents some theoretical aspects of innovation and professional mobility, we pay particular attention to the disclosure of the functions of innovation, and the description of the key characteristics of professional mobility is presented in the article. The given examples of innovative projects and programs testify to the manifestation of professional mobility of preschool and primary general education teachers of both in the context of normative legal documents and in the mainstream of modernization of the regional education system.
