Annotation The article deals with the problem of the formation of the subject position of the future teacher-educator in the context of the study of subject-subject interaction in the educational space of the higher school in the anthropological plane. On the basis of the theoretical conditioning of the effective-relative educational paradigm, the guidelines for the manifestation of the subject position of the future educator-educator are singled out: the emotional-sensual sphere of students which activates their spiritual self-development; the manifestation of the relations of cooperation and co-creation in the learning process which cause mutual understanding and acceptance; skills of communicative culture in the course of educational dialogues and problem discussions; natural moral conditions and relations in the pedagogical environment that transform it into an educational environment. This makes it possible to recognize the psychological category of “attitude” as the basis for the pedagogical interaction of subjects of education, which contributes to the allocation of criteria for the manifestation of the subject position by the future educator-educator in the educational space of vocational training. We present the results of an experimental study of the level of development of the orientation toward subject-subject interaction between bachelor students in the direction of preparation, pedagogical education, the profile of pedagogy and methods of primary education, and pedagogy and methods of preschool education at the university in accordance with the basic criteria.
