Annotation |
The process of training a modern computer science teacher is associated with a number of changes that we see in modern society, in the modern education system. The changes, taking place in modern society, have put before the system of professional training of teachers of Informatics a number of tasks to which it is necessary to respond. The article touches upon the topic of a modern teacher training in the conditions of professional dynamism. The authors of the article note the characteristic features of professional activity of a modern man: formation of professional experience in the conditions of professional tasks’ ambiguity, dynamic production processes, redundancy and uncertainty of information in the professional sphere. There is a need to revise the approaches to the organization of the educational process aimed at the formation of professional competencies. The creation of conditions, revision of the content and formats of training that contribute to the successful entry into the profession of the future teacher of Informatics is the main task at the present stage. The main content of the study is the analysis of the educational process conditions, focused on the formation of professional competencies of the future teacher of Informatics. It is concluded that the search for approaches focused on the formation of personal and professional development of the teacher is carried out without taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of professional activity in the information society.
