Annotation |
This article discusses the use of business games in the preparation of bachelors in the direction of “Power and Electrical Engineering”. The study is based on a hypothesis according to which a business game can be an effective means of forming professional competencies of future engineers in an automated training complex. The article reveals the essence of the automated educational complex, which is a single holistic educational system consisting of material, technical, didactic and electronic information and educational components. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is to justify the use of business games in an automated training complex as a means of forming the professional competencies of future engineers. The authors of the article have showed that the use of business games in an automated training complex in the preparation of bachelors allows more fully reproduce the practical activities of the engineering and technical personnel of the electric power industry. As a result of the use of business games in the educational process of bachelors in the direction of “Power and Electrical Engineering”, the efficiency of their professional competencies formation increases. The developed set of business games allows the authors to form professional competencies of future engineers, not duplicating, but complementing each other in goals, objectives and content.
