Annotation The need to develop the creativity of modern students is not in doubt. In turn, a creative teacher can develop children’s creativity, which today is seen as an opportunity to effectively realize the potential of the future of Russia in various relevant areas. In the article, from the standpoint of the “strategy of the future in education”, the modular educational program of the master’s program “Development of the child’s creativity in education” in the direction, developed and implemented by the staff of the Department of Pedagogy of Primary Education and Artistic Development of the Child of the Institute of Childhood of The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia. The program has been implemented at the institute for two years already, replacing the previously existing and demanded program “Development of a child’s creativity in a polyartistic educational environment”. The approach to the necessity and essence of designing a new program is substantiated, the theoretical foundations of the educational program, the structure and content of the modular plan of the educational program, indicators of creative manifestations of undergraduates, the essence of the technology of reflexive self-organization are presented. The results of an empirical study of the dynamics of the development of creativity of undergraduate students in 2020–2021 are described. Theoretical analysis, generalization of pedagogical experience and pedagogical experiment have been used as research methods. The actual zones of creativity development are fixed: competence in the field of theory and technology of creativity, transformation, creative position, associativity, as well as zones of potential development (at the trend level): originality and variability. The features of the organization of research work, the state final attestation and the topics of graduation qualification works of students are presented. The research materials prove the importance of increasing the intellectual and creative potential of students, the multidimensionality of the problem under study and the promising opportunities for the development of the master’s program.
