Annotation The article reflects the results of a study that reveals approaches to the methodological support of preschool teachers on the use of modern educational technologies. In a rapidly changing environment, the teacher needs not only to understand the variety of educational technologies, but also to be able to use them efficiently. The effectiveness of this directly depends on competence, the development of which is effective when the teacher himself is in an active position. The use of technology using a chatbot is becoming an effective modern method of in-house training. The purpose of the study was to develop an organizational model for supporting teachers in the application of modern educational technologies in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions using a chatbot. As a result, an analysis of domestic and foreign studies is presented, which makes it possible to systematize the stages of comprehensive support for teachers in improving their professional competence. The necessity of determining the conditions that ensure the effective organization of the work of the teaching staff is considered, the principles and logic of their implementation are characterized. General and particular educational technologies are defined. The use of technology with the use of a chat bot is substantiated. The research methodology included a set of methods for studying the experience of preschool teachers, a block of survey methods, screening of the educational environment in the organization, SWOT-analysis of significant indicators, determining the profile of a teacher’s success, and case modeling. The article describes the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis; monitoring data, which made it possible to identify activity deficits in the context of the use of modern educational technologies, which helped to establish the benefits of using a chatbot to organize the work of the teaching staff.The functionality of using a chatbot in organizing training is characterized, with the definition of providing subjects with quick access to all necessary information as a priority. As a result of a survey of teachers, the information most in demand for them was revealed. Based on this, the structure of the chatbot functionality was developed. A model is presented for the use of modern educational technologies as an element of pedagogical skill, fixed in the algorithms of actions of participants in the educational process, the reproduction of which leads to a result that satisfies all subjects.
