The article is dedicated to the anniversary of the famous son of the Buryat land, a talented scientist and teacher Gennady Tsydenovich Molonov.December 19, 2022 will mark the 90th anniversary of the birth of a talented teacher, scientist, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, founder of the scientific school Garmitsyren Tsydenovich Molonov. In the same year, Buryat State University celebrates its 90th anniversary. This coincidence is not accidental, since the life path of Garmitsyr Tsydenovich, his formation as a scientist, is inextricably linked with the Buryat State University. The professional formation of G.Ts. Molonov took place in a rural school of a separate district of the republic. His teaching activity has been associated with Buryat State University for many years. G. Ts. Molonov left a legacy of more than 200 publications devoted to the problems of rural school development, regional education, higher school pedagogy. He took an active part in the preparation and opening of the dissertation Council on general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education at the university and was an active member of it for more than 20 years. In the scientific community, G. Ts. Molonov is known as a talented mentor of young scientists. Under her leadership, more than 50 PhD theses have been defended, the authors of which work in domestic and foreign educational organizations of various levels, including in public authorities and business. Actively engaged in scientific activity, G. Ts. Molonov paid great attention to his native Bichursky district, established the Professor Molonov Prize for secondary school students of the district demonstrating brilliant knowledge of school subjects and taking an active part in the public life of the school, village, district. |
