| Annotation |
The problems of professionalism of Kazakhstan state service in the context of vitalism
sociology are considered in the article. Basic attention is given to professional culture of
state employees through the analysis of values. In the author’s opinion, the problem of
transformation of professional culture of state service is in the idea of culture-centeredness
of state service, the essence of which is in the fact that the process of modernization of state
service can be successful only in the case when the ideas of the reforms are adopted on the
level of personal significant sense.
