Annotation |
The authors define the urgency of the problem of developing social intellect, which is understood
as a complex of such cognitive and personal teacher’s attributes which provide effective collaboration
in the subject-subjectival teaching process (social in its genesis and content), providing the achievement
of the necessary competence, which determines self-realization scope and level. The authors found
and theoretically explained conditions to develop social intellect as a teachers’ self-realization
factor: activating of motivation to self-realization; knowing and understanding of the importance of
social intellect to successfull fulfill of priority kinds of teaching activity concerning self-realization;
practical improvement of skills in effective subject-subjectival interaction; monitoring and assessing
of social intellect characteristics’ development as a teachers’ self-realization factor. Besides, the
authors present a model of social intellect formation process for educators / representatives of other
socionomic professions.
