Annotation This article is devoted to the identification of conditions for the development of students’ social competence at the adolescent age when competence becomes a qualitative characteristic of the personality. The teacher models the creative environment by means of collective socially important project activities, where the productive interaction and awareness of their role in joint activities contribute to the development of teenagers’ social competence.
