Annotation The paper is devoted to the results of an empirical study of teachers’ self-regulation of their emotional states in correlation with their personal characteristics. The author studies teacher’s emotional well-being of a professional group of teachers and shows the relationship between individual styles of self-regulation and teachers’ mechanisms of psychological protection.
