Annotation At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, national pedagogy faces the problem of training personnel qualified in the field of educational elitology. Such educators should understand the role of elite in social progress, be competent in pedagogy and psychology of giftedness of higher and scientific and pedagogical schools, have experience of working with capable people and being involved in scientific (artistic, engineering, political, etc.) activities and focus on educating the personality of an innovator, transforming the world.
