Annotation The authors have paid attention to the actual problemthe organization of a new model for getting children of early and preschool age the appropriate level of education in the form of family education, which implies the creation of an on-site consulting center for the provision of methodological, psychological, pedagogical and advisory assistance without charging a fee to parents with children of early and preschool age. The article describes in detail the experience of implementing an innovative projectnetwork interaction of preschool educational organizations of the municipal district “Mogoytuysky district” on the organization of family education in the conditions of an exit consulting center. The authors presented the network interaction algorithm of the ISTOC RCC, forms of counseling for parents, work schedule. To identify the effectiveness of the implementation of an innovative project, the authors identified performance criteria, criteria of fact, quality criteria and indicators for them. The article gives a description of the social effects of the activity of the ISTOC RCC and the planned results.
