Annotation This article provides the rationale for the use of electronic means of teaching in the educational institutions to create the most comfortable learning environment for all citizens, including persons with disabilities. We consider the documents regulating the process of creating the necessary material and technical base, both federal and local position of dealing with a particular category of students in Transbaikal State University. In our article we approach to the formation of the content of educational programs, media presentation of educational content. We formulate some requirements of the system of remote training of the modern university. We show some forms of the most effective lessons in the construction of the educational process for persons with disabilities. In our article we highlight the importance of the variable part of the curriculum, providing students the opportunity to the fullest extent shape their educational trajectory. The need for pedagogical support of persons with disabilities throughout the period of study is described. It is necessary to attend such a special category of students after completion of their training in an educational organization, and further support for the successful socialization in our modern society.
