Annotation In the present article the theory and innovative practice of ethnocultural education of the Russian preschool children are considered. Formation of cross-cultural tolerance, ability of international interaction have positive history and practice in the region of Lake Baikal which is famous for the interethnic consent of indigenous people the Buryat and Evenks, Russians, Tatars and even more than hundred people and nationalities. The formation problem at little citizens of pride of the people, for the edge, so patriotism acquires special relevance today, and it is important to give the analysis of the modern theory and innovative practice of Russian regions. The authors analyze theoretical approaches to a problem of cultural the practice of the Russian and foreign authors, consider the design features of cultural practices of preschool children taking into account the ethno-cultural situation of development in the Republic of Buryatia, in one of the eastern regions of our country. The possibilities of content realization of ethno-cultural education of preschool children through the design of cultural practices in the educational process of kindergarten are observed. As the conditions for the introduction of cultural practices, development of new ethno-cultural content, approaches to the technology of integrated thematic planning of educational activities, organization of network interaction of preschool educational organizations in the event format are considered.
