| Annotation |
The article addresses some processes in Russian society and education to determine the main elements
that make up the essence of individualization in the national educational and upbringing system.
It examines the historical changes of the modern child as an actual pedagogical problem, which requires
detailed investigation and strategic decisions to satisfy all participants of the educational process. In
considering the changes that have occurred over the past decade in the psycho-physiological status of
modern children of different ages, the author suggests using pedagogical tools that can increase the efficiency
of the national educational system.
