Annotation The article discusses the necessity of studying the influence of all sorts of situations on the usage of different forms of intellectual actions. Different types of situations and the levels of their description are identified. Various kinds of “possible worlds” are examined as descriptions of “situations” and “events”. The article establishes the importance of emotions in the declaration of rational thinking. Need of justification of concepts of “situational logic” is defined by the author, it is connected with the fact that dynamics of real life of people can’t be regulated by the programs and algorithms set once and for all and traditional logical schemes of a reasoning display only the most general contours of intellectual actions. In the article communication of situational contexts of intellectual actions, rational judgment of acts of man with the set of cultural norms existing at the moment is defined. It is emphasized that these norms arise under the influence of conditions in which the community exists, but subsequently they as if “from the outside” influence ideas of people of the arising new situations. The author comes to a conclusion that one of the major tasks facing situational logic is manifestation of the bases for transition from the description of a situation to the description of the actions necessary for achievement of the objectives caused by the arisen situation.
