The topic of his doctoral dissertation “Psychological patterns of the formation of professionalism of an elementary school teacher” (2006).
Research interests: acmeological mechanisms of becoming a professional; problems of the development of the cognitive sphere of the personality of a younger student; psychological mechanisms of the teacher’s success.
Member of the UMO for psychological and pedagogical education.
