The paper deals with the analysis of modern research of innovative processes in education. It covers the
problem of understanding innovative reorganizations in educational practice, the mechanisms of launching, existence,
promotion of the innovative processes. The author draws a conclusion about the necessity for working out
communicative strategies in training future teachers.
