Annotation The article presents the results of a pedagogical observation experiment to justify the need to develop the technology of physical fitness activities for preschoolers aged 5–7 years of MBDOW “Center for child development – Kindergarten No. 22” in Chita. The process of building physical and recreational activities of preschoolers in the conditions of complex application of various types of children’s fitness with a focus on prevention of musculoskeletal disorders is considered. The motor modes for preschoolers of senior and preparatory groups of kindergarten are described, and the approximate planning of the content of the software material is given in the context of successive stages of the implementation of the experimental technology of physical fitness training “Fitness Yoga Ball”: preparatory (diagnostic), basic (physical and recreational activities), final (evaluation- result), taking into account the proposed volumes and contents of the basic and variable parts of it. The structure of physical and recreational exercise in children’s fitness is traditionally three-part. In the main part of the class offers a comprehensive application of various types of children’s fitness – Fit Ball, Baby Top, Children’s Yoga. In the final part – wellness breathing training on the Hatha Yoga system in an adapted for preschoolers game version, aimed at forming the skill of full breathing is given. The developed technology is of practical interest to managers and instructors in physical education in pre-school institutions and is currently proposed for introduction into the educational process of MBDOW No. 22 Chita as a part of the project “Technology for the implementation of the health-creating function of physical education preschoolers”. The main results of the study may be recommended for the use in practice of pedagogical activities to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in children aged 5–7 years old.
