Annotation |
The article is devoted to innovative forms of ambulatory social services in the context of social
modernization strategy. The article describes the implementation of different innovative social services,
such as departments of social patronage, draft programs The Best Half of Life, Mobile Social
Service, new communication and information technologies, paid social services, a pilot project to optimize
the social services at home, etc. The paper presents the results of the monitoring that analyzes
the demand for social services, the composition of the customers who receive social services at home,
and determines the opportunities to optimize the network of home-based offices. In conclusion, the
author identifies a number of problems whose solution is possible only with the active development
and introduction of new forms and methods, and indicates directions for further development of nonstationary
social services.
