TThe possibility of substitution for solving boundary value problems for the Laplace equation with mixed boundary conditions of the Dirichlet and Neumann boundary on some problems in which area along the border with Dirichlet and Neumann conditions are set with uncertain parameters. These uncertain parameters are chosen that the initially set Dirichlet conditions were carried out in the arithmetic mean approximation, which is the essence of the method of weighted average potentials (WAP). It was made the estimations of the accuracy of calculation of seepage flow method WAP.
