| Annotation |
The origins of the concept of technogenic social development date back to the late 20th century in the context of scientific and technological development of industrial society. In subsequent years, the most comprehensive justification of this theory was obtained in the works of E. S. Demidenko and E. A. Dergacheva, representatives of scientific and philosophical research school for socio-technogenic development of the world, who emphasize that the study of the “industry” of socio-economic relations does not allow people to build strategic forecasts of global interrelated changes in society and the biosphere. Therefore, they expand the understanding of ongoing social changes, emphasizing that globalizing technogenic social development leads to the spread of the artificial life environment of the population (technosphere) mainly in cities, and the increase in the transient transformation socio-natural processes. Taking into account the specifics of the orientation of the societies artificial development, E. A. Dergacheva clarifies the existing terminology, introduces and substantiates such new concepts as “industrial-technogenic” and “post-industrial-technogenic societies” and expands the possibilities for philosophical and scientific studies of contemporary world processes. As a continuation of the theory of socio-technogenic development in her research she forms a new direction in the study of international global studies – socio-techno-natural globalization that is carried out on the basis of the study of integrated development of society, the biosphere and the artificial world, the establishment of new interconnected patterns of the world development. Such a fundamentally new approach to the analysis of social transformations makes it possible to realize the need for the development of interdisciplinary studies in the world and in Russia for the purpose of forming an adequate to the realities program of sustainable co-evolutionary development.
