Annotation |
Improvement of the system of vocational education, solving problems of training competitive specialists can be provided by system analysis of the existing problem, an integrative approach to the formation of competencies and their development in accordance with labor functions. One of the most pressing problems in increasing the ability of graduates of professional educational organizations to compete with their own kind today is a systematic approach to the organization of the educational process. To solve this problem, it is necessary for trainees to successfully form and develop the necessary professionally important competences; they must master common and general professional competences. Such activities should be accompanied by the formation of a general idea about the object of the future labor activity. The most important factor in the formation and development of professionally important competences is the interconnection of the “internal’ and “external’ environments, considered by the author as one of the main directions of the formation and development of competences, in setting and solving problems of system evaluation of the processes of formation and development of professionally important competences. The paper gives the author’s vision of the essence of the ways of training a competent specialist based on the unity of the requirements of the Federal state educational standard and the professional standard. The practical importance of the research results contributes to the expansion of knowledge and their application in the field of building the educational process, the possibility of using the results obtained by the author in organizing the educational process.
