| Annotation |
The first boundary value problem for the wave equation with the conjugation conditions at the point of discontinuity of the composite rod parameters is considered. By means of finite formulas, the problem is reduced to a similar problem for a homogeneous rod. The solution of the original problem is obtained explicitly.
