Annotation The article deals with the problems of preventing and countering extremism and terrorism in educational organizations, the need to carry out preventive work at all levels of education. The problem of preventing extremism is discussed mainly in connection with the youth environment. Most teachers of general education were not ready, either theoretically or practically, to solve the problems of spreading the ideas of extremism among children. Developing a curriculum for teachers to prevent and combat extremism and terrorism in educational organizations should be based on a number of provisions that take into account: 1) the level of specificity of work at educational levels, 2) the age characteristics of students 3) the substantive aspects: prevention, counteraction, social adaptation. It is noted that the recommendations on the implementation of preventive measures can be used in the preparation of teachers in universities and colleges on the basis of the professional standard “Teacher of vocational education, vocational education and additional vocational education”. Qualification requirements of a professional standard for the implementation of generalized work functions in organizations, methodological, scientific, organizational support for filling vocational education programs in higher education expand the possibilities of interdisciplinary approaches to teaching the prevention of extremism among young people (for example, to familiarize teachers with social psychology methods). The experience of the practical use of socio-psychological methods of preventing extremism in adolescents is discussed. The article describes not only the organization of extremism prevention in Russian educational institutions at different levels of education (general and higher education), but also the possibility of using guidelines for primary schools to prevent extremism and socially dangerous manifestations in children associated with the concepts of cruelty, aggression, which requires the formation of pedagogical qualifications of interdisciplinary foundations.
Key words education, socialization, state policy in the field of education, prevention of extremism, social and psychological methods
