Annotation The article presents the results of a study on the problem of integration in open educational space as a factor of professional growth of future teachers on the basis of the unity of two complementary theoretical approach: integrative and axiological. The authors substantiate the need to educate future teachers for integration in educational system in the open educational space in accordance with professional tasks and functions; substantiated and disclosed leading ideas and value-oriented guidelines for preparing future teachers for this process as part of the interaction of teachers and students of various profiles in pedagogical field. Interconnected and interdependent ideas that contribute to the professional growth of future teachers are following: open educational space as a resource for personification of education, providing broad variability and independence, taking into account the interests and capabilities of students (openness, variability, independence and personification of education); the creation of professional communities that promote professional dialogue and the growth, co-creation and cooperation of subjects of education; integration in education as a whole and its implementation in various aspects on the basis of humanistic values. The following values have been substantiated as priority ones for the formation of the future teacher in an open educational space and digital economy: people and the development of human capital; knowledge and ability of a person to master and operate it to solve problems; collaboration in professional communities. The activity of subjects of education, determined by values and value-oriented guidelines corresponding to the key ideas of educating future teachers, helps students achieve educational results in accordance with requirements to modern teachers.
