Annotation Research actuality is caused by educational research searching in the subject area, necessary of their analysis and adult and schoolchild mediaculture and mediacompetence development on the different educational stage. Educational media resource is considered as an Internet web site, which contains various content formats. These formats have educational and / or scientific, cultural set on the subject. Main research methods are: a) theoretical analysis allowed to group problems of educational mediaresources choice by teacher and to determine teacher algorithm to their selection and educational activity usage; b) interrogation methods which aims at teachers experience determination to select educational resources in their subject area and analysis of different mediainformation aspects. The paper contains description and analysis of educational mediaresources choice teacher problem. Also, it considers schoolchildren qualities, which teacher should consider in content choosing: features of perception, attention, etc and offers psychological reasonable algorithm of educational mediaresource choosing. The following main indicators of psychological analysis of educational media resources in the Internet network are defined: conformity capacity and entity of various content formats to age; compliance with the principles of information and psychological security when work with contents format; evaluation of site color influence, along with his structure and content formats on the mental state of schoolchildren.
