Annotation The article analyzes the philosophical concept of the evolution of the educational society developed by A. I. Subetto. A review-justification of the main imperatives, strategic and tactical goals, principles, mechanisms, values and ideals of the Doctrine of Education is presented. Conceptual conclusions are formulated, on the basis of which the actual directions of development of the philosophy of the quality of education in the modern educational society in Belarus are determined. Based on the results of a scientific and analytical review of scientific works and legislative materials, the threats of anti-education policy are identified and the transformational processes in the education system at the legislative level are identified, which are aimed at the sustainable development of society and reducing the risks of the humanitarian security of the Belarusian state. Attention is focused on changes in the fundamental legislative acts of educational activity, which can become a mechanism for creating an educational society. The education quality formula visualizes the educational policy of the modern educational society, where each term has a certain meaning depending on the educational situation, national values, traditions and social ideals. A comparative description of the conceptual provisions of the Doctrine of Education and the Concept for the Development of the Education System in the Republic of Belarus is presented. On these grounds, the strategy of the National Doctrine of Education is presented, the methodology of which is formulated in the philosophical concept of A. I. Subetto.
