| Annotation |
Nine coenopopulations of Schizonepeta annua (Pall.) Schischk. were studied in
different ecological-phytocoenotic conditions of habitats of Altai, Tuva and Mongolia. It is
stated that in unfavourably wet conditions the development of S. annua takes place as in
the case of an annual plant (monopodial type); in dry conditions of habitats – as in the case
of a biannual plant (sympodial type). Interpopulation variability of biometric indicators of
S. annua changes greatly and depends on weather conditions of certain habitats.
