| Annotation |
In this article the connection of some problems of designing digital filters with problems
of approximation periodical functions -averages sums of Fourier is considered. Concrete -
averages – trigonometric operators of Baskakov are analyzed. The procedure of design and
research of low-pass digital filters with linear phase characteristic is offered.
