The paper describes the peculiarities of students’ professional development in
the system of higher pedagogical education on the basis of the formation of values
and students’ self-realization in the context of globalization of education. The main
directions of the problem under investigation have been discussed at scientific and
practical conferences of various levels and reflected in articles, theses and scientific
and methodical publications.
