The article explores the problems of evaluating the effectiveness of in-service
teacher training courses in the institutions of continuing professional education. It
analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional methods of measuring the learning effectiveness
and offers a new form of interaction between educational institutions and
institutions of continuing professional education.
