Annotation The article considers a team formation problem. Teams forming is to decide tasks from some field of knowledge described by competency model. A team can solve tasks more successful if it has a necessary set of competences. Competency model is presented by ontology. In this article the author suggests methods for ranging set of candidates and estimates of efficiency forming teams on the base of ontology model of competency.
