The article deals with the analysis of structure of the professional diseases of recipients of insurance coverage for 2007–2013. This kind of analysis is made from gender and highlights professional diseases, which occupy leading positions in the structure of professional diseases in Zabaikalsky kray. According to the state institution – Zabaikalsky regional office of the FSS – for the period from 2007 till 2013 the largest share of professional diseases among men is 93,1 %. At the same time the statistics among women is 6,9 % of the total number of recipients. Also it is found that sensor neural hearing loss has been ranked in the structure of professional diseases as 44,3 % of the total number of professional diseases. Such diseases as vibration disease and respiratory diseases are 35,6 % and 10 % correspondingly. These figures mean, to our mind, that there is a direct link between the type of work performed and gender. Men are previously occupied at jobs with more hazardous working conditions, more higher indicators of occupational noise, vibration and dust exceeding the maximum permissible levels.
So, according to our analysis one can identify three major diseases in the general structure of professional diseases in Zabaykalsky kray, which are required for further studying in the purpose of future investigation as well as perspective development of measures of comprehensive rehabilitation.
