Annotation Processes going on in society impose special requirements to school-leavers’ training. A modern school-leaver must possess intercultural communicative competences, use them in various situations of professional, social and personal life. Due to this school tends to be an organizer of intercultural communication, students could be actively placed into various cultural media and realize their individualities in different types of cultures. Up-to-date school is a center of multicultural interaction, the components of which are projected and developed according to united logics of intercultural framework construction. Self-development of a person in intercultural framework is based on the tendency to be mediated by the assimilation of communicative cultural forms. The success of the chosen strategy depends on pedagogically-organized principles, pedagogical technologies, conditions and tasks. The author presents a scheme of intercultural framework formation which consists of zones, spheres, functions, forms and phases of management. As a pedagogical support of intercultural framework formation, the following conditions are given: the modeling of framework, pedagogical maintenance and the audit of school total activities. The suchlike type of the organization is innovative one as it has formulated policy, lingual-oriented direction of its activities. The given system has impact on society via widening its intercultural space of a lingual school – a center of intercultural interaction.
